Erma West Obituary

On November 30, 1959 she united in marriage to Walter West. She joined him in Omaha, Nebraska during his time at Offutt AFB. To her delight she soon became the mother of two daughters, Sheri and Susan. After returning to Springfield a son, Gregory, was added to the family.
Early she started a relationship with the Lord Jesus and testified of his wonderful care of her and her family. She faithfully attended the Church of the Nazarene many years.
Beginning in 1969 she was employed by Kmart for 22 years. After her retirement she enjoyed home making, crafting, sewing, and helping with her grandchildren.
Her last 20 years she spent learning and coping with macular degeneration. Always depending on her Lord and thanking Jesus for his goodness to her.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her three brothers: Ivan Hergesheimer, Dale Hergesheimer, and Wayne Hergesheimer.
