Mr. Hernandez was born on June 08, 1961 to Juana Castruita and Eusebio Hernandez in Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico.
Visitation for Erminio will be Saturday, April 06, 2024 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Calvary Funeral Home in Eunice, New Mexico. Visitation will continue to take place on Sunday, April 07, 2024 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Calvary Funeral Home. Committal services will follow in Mexico.
Erminio grew up in Ojinaga where he met the love of his life Soccoro Hernandez. In 1984, Erminio married his beloved wife, whom he always referred to as "Mi wifa" and together, they raised 3 children; Adrian Pando and wife Stephanie, Herminio (Shorty) Hernandez and wife Cristina and Abram Hernandez II (Cynthia). Erminio was very loving, attentive, and over protective of his grandkids Ariday Pando, Adrian Pando Jr, Raul Hernandez, Adrialy Pando, Nereyda Hernandez, Aidan Hernandez, Jeanna Hernandez, Zahyd Hernandez, and their mother Cynthia Rascon. He would always make sure they never went without. Seven brothers; Ismael Hernandez, Jose Hernandez, Cornelio Hernandez, George Hernandez, Gabriel Hernandez, Epifanio Hernandez, and Fernando Hernandez. Sister; Amabelia Hernandez. Erminio was a devoted husband, father and grandfather, his family was the cornerstone of his life.
Erminio was preceded in death by his parents; Eusebio and Juana Hernandez. Son; Abram Hernandez I.
Erminio was a proud member of the City of Eunice where he worked for several years. Along with the Cardinal Hardware, and numerous other side jobs. Mono had such a heart to help others, he would have no questions to assist anyone who needed him. Whenever or wherever. Erminio enjoyed going to the casino, visiting his home town, riding his tractor, & hanging out with his grandson Aidan. Enjoyed cracking so many jokes. He had so many friends, everywhere we went he knew someone, rather it be far away or close he knew someone.
Services are under the direction of Calvary Funeral Home of Eunice, New Mexico.
