Born in Cincinnati, Ohio on August 27, 1959, he was the only child of Joseph and Shelby Moubray.
Ernie grew up in Blue Ash, Ohio, but in the early 1980's he made Wichita Falls his home. He worked for Bankhead Machinery for several years. He was a wrecker driver for Al's Automotive for 10 years, and for the last 20 years he was employed by Four Stars Auto in Henrietta, Texas.
He enjoyed classic cars and any kind of car racing. He was always ready to cruise around in his boat on any lake, particularly Lake Texoma or Possum Kingdom. He especially enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson with his buddies.
He was a good man with a kind heart, and he truly loved life.
He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Judy, and countless friends.
No funeral services are planned at this time.
