Esther Albin Obituary

Born Saturday, August 9, 1930, in Hagerstown, MD, she was the daughter of the late Amos Miller and the late Lydia (Horst) Miller.She was preceded in death by her husband Lester Albin.
She was a member of North Side Mennonite Church. She was also active in the Homewood Prayer Shawl Group and the Homewood Bible Study Group.
She is survived by her daughters, Lindell Asper and husband Vernon, Lorraine "Raine" Williams and husband Jeff and Lynda "Susie" Waibel and husband William, son, Larry Albin and wife Susan, six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her son, Leon Eugene Albin, sisters, Miriam Housman, Lois Oberholzer and her brother, Clair Miller.
Services will be held Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at 10:00 am, at the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home, 1331 Eastern Blvd. North Hagerstown, MD, with the Pastor Gary Zook and Pastor David Grove officiating.
Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am.
Private interment will be at the Mt. Zion Mennonite Cemetery, San Mar, MD.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Shalom Christian Academy 126 Social Island Road, Chambersburg, PA 17202.
