Eula Rhoads

Eula Faye Rhoads was born in Keota, OK on August 3, 1929 to William and Bessie Williams. She passed away with loved ones around her on October 13, 2024 at the age of 95.
After the death of her father in 1941, her family migrated to Armona, CA where she attended local schools and graduated from Hanford High School in 1947.
July 1, 1953, Eula married Albert Lloyd "Speed" Rhoads, Jr. and gained a son and daughter. They went on to add 3 more sons to their family.
Eula had several jobs over the years starting as a bookkeeper for Hitchcock Inc, she took time away from outside work to be a full time mom to her house full of kids and then returned as a secretary at Candlewick Yarns and retired as a Lemoore High School Counselors Secretary. She supported Speed, behind the scenes, in his love of Lemoore athletics.
Many friends around Lemoore would always see Eula walking around as she got her 3-4 miles in everyday.
Her love of Jesus was shown through her dedication to the Lemoore Church of Christ. She was someone you could always count on and always had time for her family.
Eula was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, her three sisters, Freeda Lewis, Cleta Sisk, her twin sister Zula Brewer, her son Danny Rhoads and daughter-in-law Mary Rhoads.
She is survived by her daughter Jacky Ray, husband Doc, of Branson, MO; Randy Rhoads of Hanford, sons Marty, wife Lisa, Rich Rhoads, wife Kristine, both of Lemoore. She leaves behind 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Graveside service will take place at the Lemoore Cemetery Wednesday, November 6th at 11:00am.
