Eunice Phelps Obituary

Eunice was predeceased by her husband of 69 years, Wilson Neil Phelps and a son Wilson Neil Phelps, Jr. She is survived by her son Irvin Mark Phelps and a sister Gloria Harrell. She was "Grandma" to Paten and Caroline Radier and the beloved aunt to many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service to celebrate her life will be held on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at 1:00 PM, at Rosewood Memorial Park, 631 N. Witchduck Road, Virginia Beach, VA. A reception will follow the graveside service at Graham Funeral Home, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake, VA. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to St. Andrews United Methodist Church, 717 Tucson Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23462
