Evelyn Boyd Obituary
Publish in a newspaper
The family will greet friends on Monday, January 15, 2024, beginning at 1 o'clock at Hatcher Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 3464 Jefferson Davis Highway, Graniteville, SC 29829, followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 2 o'clock in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Brian Atkison officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Graniteville, SC.
Pallbearers will be Aiden Hurt, Al Adkins, Chris Atkison, and Richard Zola.
Mrs. Boyd was born in Lyman, SC, to the late Leo James and Lurlee Carter White. She was a homemaker and loved to cook, work on her puzzle books, watch her soap operas and the cooking channel, and stay up late but she especially loved being a Grandma and Great-Grandma.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Kim Bowlin and Debra Boyd, both of Graniteville, SC; her brother, James White (Sherrie), of Aiken, SC; her grandchildren, Ryan Adkinson (Stacey) and Kara Adkins (Al) and her great-grandchildren, Ethan Collier, Aiden Hurt, and Talen Hurt.
