Evelyn leaves to cherish her fond memories, her loving and devoted husband of fifty-two years, Reginald Gilmore, and her loving sisters, Naomi Caldwell Edwards and Arthurine Harris Watson; her brother-in-law, Jeffrey Gilmore (Cheryl Lynn) and sisters-in-law, Jacqueline Gilmore Washington and Karen Gilmore, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Family and friends of the family are invited to her Celebration of Life service on Friday, August 22, 2025, 10:00 am at Professional Funeral Service, 1449 N. Claiborne Ave, NO, LA 70116. Visitation will begin at 9:00 am with service to follow. Interment Providence Memorial Park, Metairie, LA
