Evelyn Knell Obituary
Evelyn R. Knell, age 85, of Drexel Hill, PA, passed away January 4 th, 2024. She is predeceased by her parents Leon and Margaret Woodruff (nee Fries).
Evelyn was someone who enjoyed her favorite soap operas, traveling to the Ocean City and Wildwood, and she never missed out on the fun things in life. She was a huge Phillies fan and also a big fan of her jewelry. She was a woman with an amazing and unique personality, and she will be missed by all who knew her.
Evelyn was the loving mother of Philip Jr. (Lynn), Vicki DiEgidio (Hank), the late Terry Barker (Edward); Devoted grandmother of Justin Walsh (Asia), Patrick Walsh (Kristen), Daniel Walsh, Jason DiEgidio, Lea Kerwood (Frank), Jessica Boland (Nick), Shannon Barker, Sean Barker, and also devoted Great-Grandmother of Luca Kerwood, Blake Boland, Bryce Boland; she was predeceased by her siblings Margaret Lewis, Leon Woodruff, Edmond Woodruff, Helen Bailey, Dolores “Babe” Serratore, Edith Pascal, and Joan Bradley.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation on Wednesday January 10TH, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at The Knoetgen-Donohue Funeral Home, 746 Kedron Avenue, Morton, PA 19070, 610-544-0600. Interment at SS Peter & Paul Cemetery, 1600 Sproul Rd., Springfield, PA 19064.
