He was blessed with three daughters and two sons, Amal Greiss wife of Ramez Azer, the reposed Isabelle Greiss, the reposed Laurice Wassef wife of Karam Wassef, George Greiss husband of Kathy Greiss, and Kamal Greiss husband of Lucie Nicola.
He was also blessed with his grandchildren, Mary Langenstroer wife of Bjorn Langenstroer, Demyana Hanna wife of Karim Hanna, Youssef Wassef, Mariham Wassef, Peter Wassef, Emma Grace Brewster, Mathew Greiss, Benjamin Greiss, Hannah Greiss and great grandchildren Renee and Barrett Langenstroer and Noelle and Melody Hanna.
Our beloved father Farid was full of smiles and provided joy to all those around him. He even endured illness and pain with thanksgiving and grace. He was grateful and encouraging to his loved ones and strangers alike. He adored his wife and family with all his heart. He loved the Lord, and filled his days with the study of His word, prayers, worship and songs.
Services will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2024
Divine Liturgy at 8:30 AM followed by funeral service at 10:30 AM
St. Mary and St. Bishoy Coptic Orthodox Church, 5042 Schantz Road, Allentown, PA 18104
Interment to follow at Greenwood Cemetery, 2010 W. Chew Street, Allentown, PA 18104
