He worked for Columbia Gas, loved Robertson County Sports, as well as his community. He was also a Marine Sgt, 1967 through 1971, having served in Vietnam where he received a Purple Heart.
He is survived by his wife, Alice Sparks Stewart; two sons, Andy (Lisa) Stewart, Adam (Andrea) Stewart; one brother, William (Dick) L. Stewart; and two grandchildren, Jacob Stewart, and Caleb Stewart.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 4th at 1:00 PM at Robertson County Funeral Home, with visitation beginning at 11:00 AM. Rev. Bill Fort will officiate the services. View and sign the guest book www.warefuneralhome.com.
