Faye M. Mrazz

Faye M. Mrazz, age 74, passed away peacefully at her home in Caroga Lake, NY, on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Little Falls, NY, on May 31, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Marion (Blum) Atkins.
Faye was the cherished wife of Charles Mrazz, and together they built a life full of joy and devotion. She was a loving mother to Amanda Mrazz, Brian Hick, and Steve Hick (Jen), and a guiding light to her brother, James Atkins, and sister, Carol. Her legacy of love continues through her grandchildren, Jessica Hick, Kiera Sweet, Kyle Sweet, Jacob Hick, and Ashlyn Hick, and her great-grandchildren, Elliot Adams and Sawyer Adams.
In addition to her parents, Faye is predeceased by her two sons, Edward and Bruce Hick.
For many years, Faye served as a caregiver at Tryon in Johnstown, NY, where she provided comfort and support to countless individuals. She dedicated herself to her work with an open heart and unwavering commitment to those she cared for.
An artist at heart, Faye found solace and joy in painting, capturing the world's beauty through her unique perspective. Her love for horses mirrored her free spirit and the grace she carried throughout her life. Faye was also a culinary enthusiast, delighting her family and friends with her cooking and baking. Those who knew her will fondly remember the warmth and hospitality that graced her table.
Most remarkable about Faye was her boundless generosity. She lived by the principle that kindness costs nothing but means everything. If someone was in need, she was there, offering the very last of what she had to give.
In keeping with her wishes there will be no calling hours or funeral services.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date to be determined by the family.
