Fern passed away at the aged of 82 on June 9, 2025. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Moore, Jr.; parents, Hancl Clay Richardson and Lenora Pearl Sullivan; daughter, Patricia Moore; son, Jimmy Moore; grandson, Brent Fuller; and six siblings.
Survivors include her daughter, Pamala Saulters of Van; brother, Mike Richardson of Azle; sister, Doris Pickard of Canton; grandchildren, Lauren Moore, Chad Moore, Scott Saulters, and Ashley Brinsfield; ten great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
