Floy Crow, 87, of Hector, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on January 6, 2026. Born on October 24, 1938, in Vanndale, Arkansas, she was the cherished daughter of Thomas Dee "TD" Rooks and Nora Bell Rooks. Floy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ardith Crow, and her son, Brian Crow.
A woman of deep faith and love for her family, Floy found joy in gardening and spent many fulfilling hours surrounded by her loved ones. She was an active member of her church community, where she and her husband enjoyed participating in vacation Bible School.
Floy is survived by her daughter, Anita Kennedy, and her husband, Roger, of Russellville. She took great pride in her grandchildren: Terry Kennedy of Russellville; Eric Kennedy and his wife, Sara, of Dover; Zachary Kennedy and his wife, Misty, of Dardanelle; and Kyle Kennedy and his wife, Montana, of McRae. Her legacy continues through her great-grandchildren: Adrian, Landen, Zoe, Kloe, Silas, Carter, Hensley, Emy, and Hadley Kennedy. Additionally, Floy is remembered fondly by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and many other family, friends and her special caregiver Maria.
Visitation will be held Monday, January 12, 2026, from 1 PM to 2 PM at the First Baptist Church of Hector. The funeral service will follow at 2 PM on the same day, with burial taking place at Forks of the Creek Cemetery. Rev. Ira Taylor and Rev. Steven Walker will officiate.
Pallbearers will be Roger, Terry, Eric, Zachary, Kyle and Landen Kennedy
