Forest Jay Royals

Forest Jay Royals, age 67 of Dover, TN passed away on May 1, 2024 at his residence. He was born on April 30, 1957 the loving son of J.W. and Myrna Wallace Royals. Jay, as he was fondly known as, was a hard worker and provider for his family. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and loyal friend to many.
He is preceded in death by his father, J.W. Royals.
He leaves behind the love of his life of 40 years, wife, Rita Steeley Royals; precious daughters, Megann Fair (Christopher) and Kelsey Grimes (D.J.); grandchildren, Hadley Fair, Peyton Bruno, Erik Grimes, Harper Grimes and Teagan Grimes; mother, Myrna Wallace Royals and brother, Jeffery Royals (Cathy).
A visitation will be held at Anglin Funeral Home on Sunday, May 5, 2024 beginning at 11:am until 12:45 pm. A graveside service will be held at Stewart County Memorial Gardens at 1:00 pm with Bro. Jeff Wallace officiating. Serving as pallbearers are David Ross, Christopher Bruno, Richie Steeley, Kyle Webb and Jacob Royals. Honorary pallbearers are Gary Earhart, Bruce Earhart and Joey Riddle.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Animal Clinic-Stewart County, Dover, TN, c/o Rita Tinsley R DVM.
