I just found out of her passing..
I'm a person in life whom was blessed Joan came in to mine, via a rental property.
She and I just connected.
I felt from the first time I looking at her it was as she was a family member.
Joan was to me the most caring loving person myself and Gary has ever met....
I will miss her.
