Frances Pauline Ramey "Polly" Bramblett

Frances Pauline "Polly" Ramey Bramblett, age 99, of Buford, GA passed away on Friday, December 26, 2025. She was preceded in death by her husband of forty-eight years, Johnny Bramblett; parents, Emory and Era Higgins Ramey; sisters, Peggy Ramey Robinson, Betty Ramey Harris; brothers, Douglas Ramey, Howard Ramey, Harold "Buddy" Ramey; nephew, Rev. Ray Ramey. Mrs. Bramblett is survived by her sister-in-law, Virginia B. Ramey of Buford; nieces, Beverly Bennett, Sheila Tolan, Kathy Goodson, Sonseirae Leonard, Regina Griffiths, Rhonda Degnan; nephews, Danny Ramey, Ricky Ramey, Tim Harris, Mike Ramey, Greg Ramey, Keith Ramey; several great nieces and great nephews. Mrs. Bramblett was born on August 31, 1926 in Buford and received her education at Sugar Hill School. She was a long time member of Buford Church of God. Mrs. Bramblett was the owner of Polly Dress Shop in Buford and owner of Polly Dress Shop in Cumming, GA. She was the oldest resident of Cumming Nursing and Rehab center on Castleberry Road in Cumming. Mrs. Bramblett enjoyed playing the piano at the nursing center and was affectionately known as "Granny". Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 31, 2025 in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Caleb Goodsen officiating. Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens located in Buford, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, December 31, 2024 from 10:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
