She was a devoted mother, loving wife, cherished daughter, loyal sister, and treasured friend. Frances had a beautiful heart, a gentle spirit, and an infectious laugh that could brighten any room. A true dreamer at heart, she lived with grace and kindness, always seeing the good in others and believing in the beauty of life.
