Frances Stroud Eller, age 88, of Young Harris, Georgia passed away on Saturday, June 21, 2025 after an extended illness. Frances was born to the late Mr. and Mrs. Will and Mattie (Cothren) Stroud in Hayesville, North Carolina on January 3, 1937. Frances was a member of Mt. Pleasant Church of God. Being a mother and grandmother was her biggest joy and in true motherly fashion if you stopped by her house she was going to feed you something. She spent her days making her house a home and working in flower beds.
Frances is preceded in death by her above mentioned parents; husband, A.L. Eller; daughter, Janice Reynolds; brother, Lloyd Stroud and sister, Mary Sue Wimpy. She leaves behind daughter, Sherry Shook; sons, Michael Eller, Steve Eller, Skip Eller, and Mitchell Eller; brother, Boyd Stroud; along with a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. Frances will be deeply missed.
