Frances Macek Obituary
Frances was called to her eternal rest on Friday afternoon, September 26, 2025 at her home in rural Jackson, Minnesota. Visitation will be one hour prior to the Mass at the Church. There will be a Rosary at 12:00 noon at the church. The Kramer Family Funeral Home of Sherburn, Trimont and Welcome, Minnesota is in charge of Frances's arrangements.
Frances Mary Macek was born on February 21, 1933 to Joseph and Rose (Matuska) Macek in Jackson, Minnesota. She grew up on the family farm in rural Jackson with her family. Frances attended school in Jackson later graduating with the class of 1951. She was a housekeeper for various families and Priests. Frances enjoyed working on the family farm and in her garden. She enjoyed cooking and was a poet.
She is survived by her sister, Theresa Macek of rural Jackson, Minnesota; several other relatives and friends.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Rose Macek, brother, Joseph "Little Joe" Macek and other relatives.
