Frances G. Rodriguez, a beloved member of her family and community, passed away on September 23, 2024 in Corpus Christi, Texas. Born on July 16, 1949 to Norberto and Catarina Gonzales, in Houston, Texas. Frances was known for her kind and loving personality, touching the lives of everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

Frances cherished every moment spent with family, and she created lasting memories filled with joy and laughter. Her dedication to her loved ones was unwavering, and she instilled values of love and togetherness in her children and grandchildren.

Frances was the loving wife of Jose Angel Rodriguez Jr., and she leaves behind her devoted daughters: Cynthia Ann (Pedro) Resio, Carolyn Daher, Nancy (Marcelino) Quilimaco, and Kathy Ann Rodriguez; Brothers, Norberto (Yolanda) Gonzales Jr., Richard (MaryLou) Gonzales. She was also the proud grandmother to 13 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren, each of whom she adored deeply.

She is now reunited in eternal rest with her parents, as well as her son, Bobby Joe Rodriguez. Also amongst those waiting for her are her brothers: Elias Gonzales, Daniel Gonzales, Amador Gonzales, Baldemar Gonzales, David Gonzales, Raul Gonzales, and Samuel Gonzales, along with Gloria R. Zapata.

Frances will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her, yet her spirit will forever remain a beacon of love and warmth in the hearts of her family and friends.

Visitation services for Frances G. Rodriguez will be held at 1:00 pm and Holy Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm on Thursday, September 26, 2024 at Winsteads' Funeral Home in Mathis. Funeral Mass will be at 9:30 am on Friday, September 27, 2024 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church followed by interment at Descanso Eterno II.

Pallbearers are Raul Ramirez, Rolando Ramirez, Pablo Hernandez, Andrew Hernandez, Marcus Rodriguez, Manuel Treviño, Anthony Treviño, Marcelino Quilimaco. Honorary Pallbearers are Kristy Rodriguez and Avri Rosenbaum.
