Frances Sobral Obituary
Born in Newark, Frances resided in Bloomfield, NJ before moving to Parsippany in the 1950s. Frances was a homemaker and had an ongoing interest astrology and the supernatural for most of her life.
She was the loving wife of Virjil Sobral for 60 years, before his passing in 2011. She is survived by a devoted daughter, Rhonda O' Toole and her husband, David of Whippany and by two loving grandchildren, Rachel and Daniel O' Toole.
