Frances "Kit" Agnes Weaver, 98, passed away May 24, 2024. She was born May 4, 1926 in Buffalo, New York to the late Franklin and Elizabeth (Probst) Kirisits.
Frances was an HR Manager for Brothers of Mercy for many years. She came to Sarasota in 1977 from Alden, New York. She was a member of Incarnation Catholic Church; the VFW Ladies Auxiliary for 45 years; and volunteered at the Pines of Sarasota for 35 years. She loved playing Bingo.
Left to cherish her memory are her son Mark Weaver and his wife Debbie; daughter Lynn Walter and her partner Jeffrey; sisters Millie Clancy and Ruth Schunke; grandchildren David Weaver and his partner Jennifer; Daniel Weaver; Jason Walter; Sarah Walter and her husband Johnny Psiroukis; and Jennifer Girzone and her husband Eddie; and 12 great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Frances was predeceased by her husband Harrison who passed in 1972; son Terry Weaver; grandson Shawn; and sisters Dorothy Johanna and Helen.
