Born December 17, 1936, in Twelve Mile, she was the daughter of the late Luther and Grace Elizabeth (Culp) Helvie.
Frances was retired from White-Rodgers.
A loyal Purdue basketball and NASCAR fan, Frances loved listening to the games and races on the radio.
She is survived by her granddaughter, Keila (Chris) Baldwin, Kewanna; and one brother, Luther (Sue) Helvie.
Frances was preceded in death by her daughter, Myrna Colleen Black, and her sister, Joan Emery.
Private burial will be in Spring Creek Cemetery.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Fisher Funeral Chapel.
