Le sobreviven sus padres, Seniado Torres y María del Carmen Segura; su amada esposa de 38 años de matrimonio, Juana Alarcón de Torres; sus hijos, Francisco Javier Torres y Hugo Alberto Torres; sus hijas, Marlen Torres (y su esposo Lupe Torres), Juana Iris Torres (y su esposo Omar Rodríguez), y Yuliza Torres (y su esposo José Guadalupe Ordoñez Loa). También deja con cariño a sus nietos: Francisco, Layla, Xavier, Viviana, Gabriel, Ashley, Niko, Yaretzi y Ariana, así como a numerosos familiares y amigos que siempre lo recordarán con amor.
Francisco será profundamente extrañado por todos aquellos que tuvieron el privilegio de compartir momentos inolvidables y recuerdos llenos de alegría junto a él.
