Frank J. Cipriano, 61, of Marysville, passed away Monday, February 20, 2023 at his residence following a courageous battle with cancer.
A devoted husband, father, brother, brother-in-law and friend, Frank loved to travel with his wife and son. He also enjoyed golfing and watching the Ohio State Buckeyes. A 1979 graduate of Bishop Ready High School, he formerly attended St. Mary Magdalene Church, in Columbus. Frank has worked as an operations engineer with Chemical Abstracts for over 23 years.
Born August 17, 1961 in Columbus, he was the son of the late Angelo and Sheila (Murphy) Cipriano.
On March 22, 1991 in Columbus, he married his wife of nearly 32 years, Virginia “Ginny” (Woods) Cipriano and she survives in Marysville. He is also survived by a son, Anthony Cipriano of Marysville; a sister, Lisa Cipriano of Punta Gorda, FL; brothers-in-law, Robert “Woody” Woods of Ladson, SC, Andy (Kim) Woods of Pickerington and Herb (Robert) Woods of Columbus; his dear friend, Tom (Kim) McNulty; along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may call from 5:00-7:00 P.M. Friday, February 24, 2023 at the Wilson Funeral Home, Mannasmith Chapel. A celebration of life service will immediately follow beginning at 7:00 P.M. Tom McNulty will officiate and committal will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Colony Cats Adoption Center 2740 Festival Lane Dublin, OH 43017 in memory of Frank.
