Frank Salvatore Genovese
77, of Greenwood, passed away on July 29, 2025, at Community South Hospital in Indianapolis. Frank was born on April 9, 1948 in Middletown, Connecticut to the late Frank Salvatore and Marion Terry (Christofaro) Genovese.

Born into a proud Sicilian and Calabrese Italian family, Frank understood from an early age, the value of family and hard work. He earned his Bachelor's degree in engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey and later earned his MBA from Butler University. Frank enjoyed a long and successful career as a General Manager and later as a consultant with many corrugated companies. He was well known and respected for his ability to connect with those who worked for him, his loyalty to his employees and a natural knack for turning around poor performing plants. However, it was his family that was most important to him. He loved spending time with family at get togethers, especially spending time with his granddaughter "Princess Siena", who was his pride and joy. Additionally, he enjoyed traveling, history, going to live music and sporting events as well as being a diehard New York Yankees fan. Over his lifetime, he saw many of the Yankee greats play in their prime such as Joe DiMaggio, Mickey Mantle and his favorite Yankee of all time, Whitey Ford. He will be remembered as the patriarch of the family, who loved as hard as he fought, and had a wonderful sense of humor who would crack jokes, just to see someone smile.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda (Staton) Hartline Genovese; daughter Gianna (Phillip) Nocita; son Frank Vincent Genovese; stepson Justin (Vanessa) Hartline; brothers Gary (Stephanie) Genovese, Rick (Cindy) Genovese; his beloved princess Siena Nocita as well as his beloved pug Junior, who will all miss him dearly.

In keeping with his wishes, Frank was cremated, and a private celebration of his life will be held later.
