Frank Neblett, age 51, of Elwood, Indiana passed away on Sunday, September 29, 2024, at Margaret Mary Community Hospital in Batesville, Indiana. He was born in Sankt Wendel, Germany on October 5, 1972, to David and Maria (Bick) Neblett. On May 16, 1994, he married Rosetta (Seeley) Neblett. They shared 30 years of marriage.
Frank enjoyed outdoor activities, especially, hunting, archery, fishing, working on cars, and talking on the cb radio. More than anything, he especially cherished time spent fishing and camping with his family, all of whom will miss him dearly.
Frank is survived by his wife, Rosetta Neblett of Elwood; son, Nathaniel (Lonnita) Neblett of Kennard, IN; daughter, Andrea (Chris) Penuel of Elwood, IN; son, Chris Penuel of Elwood, IN; son, William Stanley of Elwood; father, David Neblett of CA; mother, Maria Pillis of KY; brother, Michael (Amber) Pillis of KY; sister, Michelle (Nick) Feagan of KY; sister/ daughter, Christina Arnold of Anderson; sister Tammy Coty of Orestes; cousin/sister, Patricia Jackson of Dillsboro, IN; sister-in-law, Glenda Cox of Lapel, IN; sister-in-law Burnyce Seeley of Terre Haute; grandchildren, Zachary David Garrett, Alaina Rose Nicole Neblett, Samuel Cullom Neblett, Joseph Lewis Neblett, Bentlee Frank Eugene Penuel, Novalee Dawn Rose Penuel, Matthew Dean Neblett, Reilee John Lucas Penuel, Harlee Joe Skye Penuel; and several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Frank is preceded in death by his grandparents, Delores Mae (Ciyou) & Robert Lewis Neblett; mother-in-law Zannie Loretta (McDougall) Neblett; granddaughter Skylee Mardell Marie Penuel; and his best friend Arthur "Neil" Foor.
Visitation will be Wednesday, October 9, 2024, from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm, at Dunnichay Funeral Home, 1113 S. Anderson Street, Elwood, IN. Funeral service celebrating Frank's life will be at 6:00 pm Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at Dunnichay Funeral Home, with Rev. William & Connie Salsbery officiating. Cremation will follow.
