Frank Wojnar Obituary
A lifelong area resident, Frank was a graduate of the former Wilbur H. Lynch High School and served proudly with the United States Army. Following his service to his country, he returned home and was employed by General Electric in the Turbine Department for over 30 years until his retirement.
Survivors include his two children, Marlana Wojnar- Barscz and her husband John, and Michael Wojnar and his girlfriend Aimee; two grandchildren, Jakob Barscz and Christian Barscz; his fiancé and companion, Dianne Dufel; one step-son, Jason Dufel; and his beloved dog Chloe.
Services are private and at the convenience of the family.
Interment with military honors will take place at a later date in Gerald B.H. Solomon, Saratoga National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the animal shelter or rescue of one's choice.
The family wishes to thank Community Hospice for their compassionate care extended to Frank and his family.
