Franklin Biggs

Franklin Jay Biggs, 55, of Wibaux, Montana, passed away on September 20, 2025. He was born July 24, 1970, in Pomona, California, to Dixie Young, who later became Stoldorf. Frank had a passion for cooking, took pride in his yard work, and shared a deep bond with his beloved dog, Otis. Known for his strong will and generous heart, Franklin often cared for friends and neighbors - especially his elderly neighbors - by mowing lawns, tending gardens, and helping with odds and ends whenever he was needed. He was preceded in death by his mother and stepfather, Dixie and Thomas Stoldorf; his grandmother, Francis Cason, who raised him; and his brother-in-law, Mike Evenson. Frank is survived by a special Aunt and Uncle, Ann Mcwithey and Tony Moseman of Wibaux, MT; his siblings Kyle Stoldorf (Kaitlin) of Dickinson, ND; Marquis Douglas of San Bernardino, CA; Tracie Biggs (Mike) of Manhattan, MT; Cynthia McGee (Bernard) of Las Vegas, NV; Dora Bruckler (Phil) of Las Vegas, NV; and Tommie Stoldorf. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends who will cherish his memory. Frank will be remembered for his caring spirit, his loyalty to family and friends, and his willingness to help others. Services will be held at 3pm on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at New Life Pentecostal in Dickinson, North Dakota with Pastor Bob Simons officiating. There will be a meal for family and close friends of Frank to follow.
