Along with his wife, Frank is loved and will be dearly missed by his children, Randall Perry, Mark Perry, Patty Hale, and Scott Perry. Grandchildren, William Anderson, Joseph Anderson, and James Hale, and great-grandchildren, Brooklynn and Brynleigh Anderson.
The family will greet friends on Sunday evening, November 16, 2025, from 5 until 7 o'clock at Hatcher Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 3464 Jefferson Davis Highway, Graniteville, SC. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, November 17, 2025, at 12:15 at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Augusta, GA. In honoring his wishes, Frank will be cremated following the Mass of Christian Burial.
A Korean War Veteran, Frank proudly and with honor served his country in the United States Air Force. If so desired, please honor Frank by making a memorial donation to the Disabled Veterans of America in his memory. (www.dav.org)
