Obituary published on Legacy.com by Rose Funeral & Cremation - Mann on Sep. 11, 2025.
Fred W (Bill) Hall passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 4, at his home in Lenoir City, Tennessee at the age of 84. Born in Knoxville, TN on January 15, 1941, he attended Knoxville Catholic High School and the University of Tennessee. He married the love of his life, Javonne Parker, in 1961 and they spent 64 years lovingly dedicated to each other. Bill had a long career as a healthcare executive and consultant serving as President of Hall X-Ray Company from 1969 to 1992 and consulting for Doctors Management, LLC until his retirement in 2000. Bill loved the outdoors and was an avid sportsman, enjoying hunting, fishing, motorcycle racing, scuba diving, camping and boating. He especially enjoyed spending time each summer with his friends and family in the Florida Keys, spearing grouper, hooking mahi-mahi, and trapping lobster. He is survived by his wife, Javonne, son William David Hall (wife Ann), daughter Lisa Hall Mckee (husband Mike), grandchildren William Douglas Hall (wife Leslie), Michael Gibson, Kristen Hall Fairchild (husband Drew), Micah Mckee, great grandchildren Hadley Hall, Lila Hall, Madeline Hall, Arie Fairchild, brother and sister-in-law, Louis and Janice Kennedy and son-in-law Junior Campbell. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Kristina Hall Campbell, parents F. Neal and Violet Hall, and sister Marie Hall Newman. A funeral mass with reception lunch afterwards will take place at St John Neumann Catholic Church on Friday, September 12th at 10:30 AM. A graveside service will follow at Lynnhurst Cemetery at 1PM. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Lupus Foundation in loving memory of his daughter, Kristy. Online condolences may be expressed at www.rosefuneraltn.com
