Frederick E. Walzer, Jr., age 78, of New Castle, PA, passed away the evening of Sept. 10, 2025, at UPMC Jameson Hospital.

Born Jan. 18, 1947, in Youngstown, OH, he was the son of the late Frederick E. Walzer, Sr., and Anita H. (Nene) Walzer.

Fred was a graduate of Neshannock High School. For 28 years, he worked as a plant supervisor, employed by Spang Magnetics, until his retirement. He was also the owner and operator of Walzer's Country Store on Ellwood Rd. Fred loved to hunt, fish, coach youth baseball, and attend car shows and gun shows. He loved the time he was able to spend with family, especially his grandchildren. Fred was of the Catholic faith.

Survivors include his partner of over 20 years, Rosalind Wallace of New Castle, PA; two sons, Greg (Nicole) Walzer of Hermitage, PA, Mark (Heather) Walzer of Neshannock, PA; one daughter, Tricia (Wayne) LeFleur of Palm Harbor, FL; two brothers, Paul (Barb) Walzer of Maine, Daniel (Karen) Walzer of Pulaski, PA; two sisters, Patty (Bill) Sadataki of Richmond, OH, Donna (Phil) Battista of Neshannock, PA; and eight grandchildren, Rhys Miller, Emmett Walzer, Ella Walzer, Katelyn Walzer, Jacob Walzer, Lucas Walzer, Sean LeFleur, and Isla LeFleur; a first great-grandchild on the way; and a first wife Patricia Walzer.

In keeping with his wishes there will be no visitation or services.
