Frederico N. Camera, Jr., 67, of W. Clen Moore Blvd, died Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at UPMC Jameson Hospital in New Castle. He was born on September 24, 1957, in New Castle, the son of the late Frederico N. Camera, Sr. and Mary Carmen (Tuscano) Camera. Mr. Camera married Sara J. (Zak) Camera on October 31, 1981, she survives in New Castle. Mr. Camera was a bus driver for the New Castle Area Transit Authority, retiring after 36 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and working on old cars and owned a '69 Road Runner, which won 2nd place at a local car show. He was active in Back to the 50's and a retired member of the US Miliary Veterans Motorcycle Club. Mr. Camera loved his dog, Betsi, and was an avid Dallas Cowboys Football fan.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two brothers, Michael Camera and his wife Linda of Edinburg, PA, and Christopher Camera, one brother-in-law, Howard Lent and his wife Barb, two sister-in-laws, Tina Singer and her husband Dan and Mary Ellen Camera, and a number of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one brother, Joseph Camera.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday October 28, 2024, at 10:30 AM Holy Spirit Parish- St. Vitus Church. The family will be at the church to receive condolences at 10:00 AM. Father John Gizzler and Deacon John Carran will officiate. Burial will be in St. Vitus Cemetery.
