Gail Lenarz Obituary Gail E. (Davenport) Lenarz, 77, of Cambridge and formerly of Pleasant City, passed away Sunday (January 19, 2025) at her home.
She was born April 24, 1947 in Millbury OH, daughter of George L. Davenport and Elna A. (Bastubee) Davenport.
Gail retired after fourteen years at Circle K.
She enjoyed bingo, yard sales, and gospel sings. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert A. "Bob" Lenarz Jr., who passed away December 5, 2013. They were married May 12, 1978. Also deceased are her siblings, Durwood Davenport and Shirley Sims; and a granddaughter, Lacey Kimble.
Gail is survived by four sons, Donald Blair of Coshocton, Michael (& Lydia) Blair of New Philadelphia, James Blair (& Stacey Moore) of Cambridge, and Dan (& Donna) Blair of Kimbolton; ten grandchildren, Mark, Jessica, Ashley, Makayla, Tiffany, Jim, Katie, Scott, Troy, and Kyle; twenty great-grandchildren, Kevin, Kyle, Kolten, Katie, Tyler, Xaiver, Jacob, Jasper, Laden, Kaylee, Lacey, Audrey, Lilian, Remi, Zaylee, Draven, Gavin, Parker, Lewis, and Lynn; several nieces & nephews; her companion of nine years, Jeff Plunkett; and her best friend that was like a sister to her, Kam Grandstaff.
Visitation will be held Thursday (January 23, 2025) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Black-Epperson Funeral Home, Byesville, where funeral services will follow at 1 p.m.
Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery, Byesville.
