Gail Wetmore, 76, of Beach Haven Terrace passed away on February 7, 2023. As a young girl, Gail grew up in Haddonfield, NJ and resided the last 30 years in Beach Haven Terrace. Gail worked for Bamberger's as a Buyer, later, as Head of Community Services at St. Francis Community Center in Brant Beach. Since 1988, Gail worked for the Borough of Barnegat Light as a Municipal Clerk Administrator retiring in 2017. She was an avid reader, enjoyed traveling on cruises, cooking and spending time on the beach with her family.
Predeceased by her daughter, Rachel Lamanno (2017) and brother, Harold Johnson (1998). She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Dean Wetmore, sons Matthew O'Donnell and his wife Tara and James O'Donnell, step-children Amanda Wetmore, Dean Wrinklereid (Andy) and Jeremy Wetmore, grandchildren Jessica, Gianna, Julia, James, Juliana, JoLeigh, Rebel, Jenna, Aquinna, Allison and Caleb, great-grandchildren Jake and Joey along with her brother, Jeffrey Johnson.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2023 from 2:00 pm until the time of the service at 3:45 pm at Bugbee-Riggs Funeral Home, 1119 Long Beach Blvd., (corner of 12th St. & Blvd.), Ship Bottom, NJ 08008. Cremation was private.
