Garry was born on February 22, 1954 in Warren, OH, a son of the late Edward J. and Mildred "Millie" (Haller) Krempasky and was a lifelong area resident.

He was active and enjoyed bowling and golfing with family and friends. Garry enjoyed riding motorcycles, having owned various Hondas and Harleys over the years.
