Mr. Gary Lee Allen, 80, husband of Sherry Franklin Allen, passed away Tuesday, May 27, 2025.

Born in Dayton, OH, the son of the late Robert K. Allen and the late Mildred Sherwood Allen, Mr. Allen was employed with Hampton Inn, Easley.

Gary was a devoted, hardworking and patriotic man and he dearly loved Elvis. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather that will be deeply missed by all that loved and knew him.

Surviving, in addition to his wife of thirty-three years, are his sons, Gary Allen (Shannon) of Cary, NC, Keith Allen (Kim) of Savannah, GA, Steven Allen of Greenville, and Joshua Allen (Jessica) of Easley; his daughters, Theresa Fix (Jeremy) of Acworth, GA, and Ashley Cooper (Johnathan) of Easley; his sister, Karen Prystas (Jim) of Big Canoe, GA; and his grandchildren, Justin, Nathan, Hailey, Skyler, Ashton, Camden, Anna, Evan, Sarah, Jacob, Christopher, Kaitlynn, Abigail, Levi and Beckham.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Friday, May 30, 2025 at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown, Easley.

The family will host a Celebration of Life at a later date.
