Gene is preceded in death by his parents, Archie and Coleda Ransom, a son, Harvey Ransom, and a sister, Connie.
He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Ransom, two sons, Hervey Ransom and Geno Ransom, a daughter, Cindy Ransom (Shawn), nine grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
Gene Ransom was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He will be truly missed by all.
