Geoff was a 1982 graduate of Girard High School. He was part of the family business, Lake City Homes, for many years where he worked in many different aspects from drywall, driving trucks to management.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his twin sister, Gina Louise Garity.
Geoffrey is survived by his father Gerald "Jerry" Garity and his wife Marianne of Girard; his sister, Lisa Garity Carr, and her husband Buddy Carr Jr. of Lake City. He will be missed dearly by his family and friends.
