George William Dietz, 58, husband of Donna Jean Lester Dietz, passed away Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at his home in Nicholasville, Kentucky. He was born in Lexington on June 19, 1967, to George V. Dietz and the late Wanda Travis Peele. George is survived by his wife, Donna; sons, Dennis Lester (Kalina) and John-William Dietz (Jessika); daughter, Amanda Jean McCann (Eyon); and grandchildren, Kaelyn Lester, Brylee Lester, Kaden Lester, David McCann, Aubrie McCann, Nicholas Dietz, Marleigh Dietz, and Jamison Dietz. In addition to his mother, Wanda, he is preceded in death by his sister, Shannette Lee. No services are planned at this time.
