George Schwartz Obituary
George William Schwartz died October 17th, 2025 in a tragic house fire. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Betty L. Schwartz. George was a Veteran of The United States Navy Fox Division and served on the USS Newport News. He was a member of Revive Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph V. And Rhea A. Schwartz. He is survived by his daughters, Tina Marie DeVoe (James Kuznar) and Rhonda Lynn Janney (Peter) and his grandchildren, Katie Goings (Jeremy), Kayla Legg, Tyler DeVoe (Julie), Trevor Rose (Shelby), Brooklyn Rybak (Steve), sisters, Martha Kissling (John), Mary Kotchou (Tom), nephews, nieces and many great grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held at a future date.
