Mr. Wilkinson was born in Jones County, Georgia on January 10, 1941, to the late Edwin Allen Wilkinson and Louise Davis Wilkinson. He was a life-long Dairy Farmer and a member and deacon of Haddock Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Joann Myrick Wilkinson of Milledgeville, a son Scott Wilkinson (Teresa), of Gray, two daughters Sherri Smith (Joe) and Towana Hamilton (Bob) all of Milledgeville, 6 grandchildren, Haley Stinson (Jacob), Savanna Clark (Dakota), Colby Smith (Katie), Haven Newsome (Christian), Joshua Wilkinson (Fiancée Lauren Burkhalter), Emily Dobbins (Lane), great grandchildren Paxton Stinson, Carter Stinson, Easton Clark, Colt Clark, Fallyn Newsome, and Indigo Newsome, two sisters Royann Eakins (Kenneth) and Violet Swanson both of Milledgeville.
The family will receive friends at Haddock Baptist Church from 1:00 P.M. until the funeral hour.
In lieu of flowers memorial contribution may be made to Haddock Baptist Church.
Moores Funeral Home & Crematory has charge of arrangements.
