Gerald "Jerry" Quinton Shoff, Sr., 83, of Hanover, PA, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 17, 2025, at Hanover Hall. Born on April 20, 1942, in York, PA, he was the son of the late Wilbur Stephen and Edith E. (Bitzel) Stoff. Gerald was the beloved husband of Grace June (Green) Shoff.

Gerald proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War from 1965 to 1966, receiving an honorable discharge. Following his military service, he worked at RH Sheppard Foundry in Hanover for 23 years.

Gerald enjoyed a full life and found joy outdoors. He loved bowling, hunting, fishing, camping, and-most of all-spending quality time with his family.

He is survived by his loving wife, Grace; his children, Tammy Sue Park (Michael), Gerald Quinton Shoff, Jr. (Katy), Courtney Shoff, Randy Stephen Shoff, Heather, and stepdaughter Rachael Rae Bange. He also leaves behind cherished grandchildren: Chad Park, Chris Park, Jayda Lichty, Isaiah Lichty, and Makena Shoff; and great-grandchildren: Chase Park and Carson Park. Gerald is also survived by his brother Wayne Shoff and sister-in-law Lisa Fernandez.

He was preceded in death by his former wife Michele Ann Maturo.

In accordance with his wishes, a private cremation will take place and there will be no public services.
