Rev. Gerald Michael Weesner went to be with Jesus on February 4, 2025. He was born June 30, 1947. Mike fiercely loved his family, especially his wife Brenda. Mike was the embodiment of sacrificial love. He will be sorely missed. He is preceded in death by his parents Jerry and Katie Weesner. His daughter Angela Cooper, his grandchildren Chanda Miller and Joshua Cooper. He is survived by his wife Brenda Weesner, his sons, Caleb Weesner, Bob Miller, Clay Miller, his daughters Leanna Wilcox (Justin), Angie Weesner, Lisa Miller, and Jennifer Artz (Scott). His grandchildren, Alan (Hannah), Adam, Haley (Brian), Clay, Allison, Catie, Addison, Noah, Tate, Jaxson, Cason, Raelynn, Alba, Obadiah, Ella, Wyatt, Enzo, Elio, Boaz, Ashley, Bryson, Patton, Bradley, Sophia, and many more loved ones. He was also grateful for U.T. Hospice care.Family and friends will gather at 5 P.M. on Monday, February 10, 2025 at Gentry Griffey Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Knoxville, TN (865) 694-4481. A service will follow at 7 P.M. Gentry Griffey Funeral Chapel and Crematory os honored to serve the Weesner family. Condolences may be left for the family at www.gentrygriffey.com.
