Glee Harrison

Margaret "Glee" Harrison, 86, passed away on May 17, 2025, in Oklahoma City, while surrounded by her loved ones in the home she shared with her son, Tony Gould and daughter-in-law, Tami Gould. Glee was born on April 4, 1939, in Dallas, Texas, to Hoyal "Tex" Moore and Dorothy Elizabeth Moore. Glee was a dedicated homemaker and a gifted cook, known for her ability to make a house feel like home and a meal feel like a memory. She poured love into everything she did and made even the everyday feel special. A lifelong Catholic, Glee was deeply devoted to her faith and served her parish with quiet strength and dignity. She was honored to act as a Eucharistic Minister, helping to distribute Holy Communion and participating actively in the spiritual life of the Church. Glee was also a highly skilled and decorated golfer. In addition to being a longtime volunteer with the PGA - where she scored for legends such as Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, Phil Mickelson, Lee Trevino, and Tom Watson - Glee was a formidable competitor in her own right. She won numerous club and statewide golf championships and made six holes-in-one during her lifetime. Her talents extended beyond the golf course. Glee was also a skilled painter and quilt maker, whose exquisite works earned her "Best in Show" honors in several competitions. Glee was welcomed into heaven by her beloved husband, Glenn Harrison, and her cherished daughter, Mary Jo Gould. Glee is survived by her children with Patrick Gould: Chris Gould and his wife Michelle, Timothy Gould and his wife Sarah, Tony Gould and his wife Tami, and Angela Luney and her husband Scott. Glee is also survived by her older brother David "Buddy" Moore, her sister-in-law, Shirley Moore, and her nephews and nieces Glenn Moore, Lori Moore, Nancy Blake and John Blake. Glee's cherished grandchildren include: Chrystal Gould Perot, Patrick Gould, Amanda Gould Raines, Grace Gould, Maya Gould, Rosemary Gould, Austin Gould, Conner Luney, and Noah Luney. She also opened her heart to her "bonus grandkids," Luke Argabright, Isabel Piccolo, and Ruby Piccolo.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Epiphany of the Lord Catholic Church in Oklahoma City on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. Following the Mass, a graveside committal service will take place at Resurrection Cemetery. A reception will follow, and all who knew and loved Glee are warmly invited to attend.
Glee will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by all whose lives she touched
