Glenda Hartsfield Campbell Marks, MS
Glenda Hartsfield Campbell, 67, a retired USPS Postmaster, passed away February 17, 2025, at her home surrounded by her loving family. Visitation is Wednesday February 19, 2025, 10:00 - 11:00 A.M. at Meredith-Nowell Funeral Home in Clarksdale, MS. Funeral services are 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at Meredith-Nowell Chapel in Clarksdale, MS with burial in the Memorial Gardens. Meredith Nowell Funeral Home in Clarksdale, MS is handling the arrangements.
Glenda was fun and enjoyed life to the fullest. She cherished her grandchildren and never missed a game or event. She was very giving and had a special fondness for her church family. She loved the holidays and enjoyed time she spent with her grandchildren. She was devoted to her career, although being a "Mimi" was the highlight of her life.
Survivors include her son Danny Hugh Campbell, II (Vanessa) of Clarksdale, MS; daughter Robin Gail of Olive Branch, MS; brother Wayne Hartsfield (Valerie) of Tunica, MS; sister Terri Rico of Clarksdale, MS; grandchildren Daniel Seth Campbell, Vance Laven Johnson, Treyce Campbell and John-Luke Bradley.
She was preceded in death by her husband Hugh "Pop" Campbell and parents Ivan and Betty Lou Oakley Hartsfield.
Memorials may be sent to the Church of Christ in Clarksdale, MS.
