Glenn Allen Henry, 72, of Memphis, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, January 23, 2025. He loved the Lord with all of his heart and fully gave his life over to Jesus.
He was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Glenn always looked forward to spending time with his family and he absolutely adored his grandbabies. He enjoyed being outdoors, going fishing, camping and working in his garden.
He was born on October 31, 1952 to Gordon Henry and Shirley (Parks) Clay. Along with his parents, Glenn was preceded in death by his siblings, John Henry, identical twin - Gordon Henry II and Judy Noble.
Glenn is survived by his wife, Sandra (Kennedy) Henry; children, Tim Henry, Eric Henry, Glenna Tebault (Danny); step-children, Amy Rash (JR), Jeremy Abernathy; siblings, Patrick Henry, Cindy Jackson (Darrell), Jeff Henry (Carol), Annie Clay; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, January 31, 2025 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) and on Saturday after 9:00 a.m. His funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home with cremation to follow according to Glenn's wish.
