Service: Blessing Service Wednesday at 11 AM at the funeral home.
Gloria Halapin, 88, of West View passed away on May 16th 2025. Daughter of the late Celecilia May (Melvin) Miller and George Cuda. Husband of 69 years to Robert Halapin; mother to Mark Halapin and Scott (Ann) Halapin; grandmother to Deidra Halapin, Daniel (Veronica) Halapin, Katelyn (Jake Jordan) Halapin; sister to step brother Ronald Cuda, and step sister Pat Cerminaro.
Gloria loved her family dearly and was a proud mother and grandmother. She graduated Oliver High School in 1954.
Friends will be received Tuesday May 20th from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM at Devlin Funeral Home, 806 Perry hwy. Blessing Service Wednesday at 11 AM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers please consider making a donation in Gloria's name to AGH Hospice Care, 4 Allegheny Square E # 603, Pittsburgh, PA 15212.
