Gloria Lee Barr Rhinehart Obituary

Gloria was born June 21, 1945 in Winchester, the daughter of the late Thomas Manuel and Betty Hill Manuel. She was a graduate of James Wood High School. She worked a variety of jobs over her life, but primarily as a caregiver for the elderly. Gloria was a member of Fairview United Methodist Church and of the Women of the Moose. She also served as a Winchester Auxiliary Police Officer for six years.
She is survived by her son, Terry L. Barr (Katrina) of Felton, DE; three daughters, Traci L. Coffman (Tim) of Stephens City, VA, Teresa L. Kesecker (Jason) of Martinsburg, WV, and Tonja L. Ritter (Bradley) of Winchester; seven grandchildren, Hunter Barr, Colton Barr, Timmy Coffman, Kyle Coffman, Britney Barr, Alyssa Ritter, and Bradley Ritter Jr.; and five great grandchildren, Brooks Barr, Olivia Dorr, Corbin Nicholson, Bailee Ritter, and Keegan Tiller. Gloria was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Dakota Coffman and Kendal Kesecker; and by her ex-husband, Robert C. Barr.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 12:00 to 1:00 pm at Fairview United Methodist Church in Stephens City. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm at the church with Rev. John Lock officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview United Methodist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Terry Barr, Hunter Barr, Colton Barr, Timmy Coffman, Kyle Coffman, and Bradley Ritter Jr.
